CRC’s Education and Outreach program provides opportunities for community members, with a variety of interests and ability-levels, to get engaged with the environment. As part of Education and Outreach, CRC also collaborates with municipalities to educate communities about stormwater management practices.

Streams Learning Day (May 2024)

Co-sponsored by Colonial Penn Plantation, Willistown Conservation Trust, Edgmont Township, and CRC Watersheds, attendees had a great time jumping into the Ridley Creek and finding macroinvertebrates!

Spring Migratory Bird Walk (May 2024)

Co-sponsored by Bird Town PA, Newtown Square, the Newtown Square EAC, Garrett Williamson and CRC, local bird experts led this excellent walk to observe a variety of species of birds during Spring Migration.
